Kimberly as a Vegan
I have to admit that I have a love and hate relationship with Veganism.
I am in the stage of this endeavor to keep myself consistent.
But as I like to travel a lot, sometimes things get difficult for me because I get bound to choosing whether I should have the Napolitana Pizza in Roma, the Escargot in Paris, that marvelous sausage in Vienna or I will stick to my beliefs about eating good food.
And it is not always an easy decision. But I also know that I can not be hard to myself.
Veganism doesn’t have to be a punishment and I realized that along the way.
So somewhere in this blog you will probably find some of the articles I wrote about my travels and how I eat my way to the famous delicacies and dishes that every tourist needs to try in the countries I have been.
Be it from sausages, pasta, pizza, burgers, noodles, gelatos, croissant and all the good stuff basically. Oh boy. 🤤
Those were the days of my life where I just gave in and told myself, “Hey, you only live once”
But now, I tell myself, “I only live once, so I want to make it long enough to enjoy more”
But I am here to show you that it is not an easy journey for me so do not be afraid to start or if you have started already but feels like giving up, just try again one more time.
I am incredibly happy that my husband is a large inspiration why I wanted to be a full-time vegan.
Not only I am lucky that he is a chef, eating good whole food is also his passion.
He also was not a vegan by birth. He discovered it just maybe 5 years ago and went to the same process like me and now he is fully committed to eating healthy and giving our body the right food it needs.
So join us with our Veganism journey through our Youtube Channel where my husband cooks easy and delicious vegan meals that you and I can both enjoy.
Kimberly as a Traveler
I am a Filipina who braved the big move to Europe to follow where my heart is.
In the last quarter of 2019, I left my family, my friends and career to be with my husband and finally start our life together.
It was a really scary thought. Moving to an unfamiliar country without anyone, I was really afraid.
But I knew I had to do it and to much of my surprise it was not bad at all.
I am still struggling to learn the language, but I have met people who were so different from what I am comfortable with.
And with those differences, I have learned a lot of things.
Moving to Europe has given me a lot of opportunities to travel and see new places and discover new cultures and histories that I would not have experienced if I stayed in the Philippines.
Sure the Philippines is a lovely country, it will always have a place in my heart.
I always say this, not a day passed that I miss the sunny weather and beaches in the Philippines but I also love Europe.
So from time to time, I share my best experiences with the countries I visit.
I share itineraries, expenses, guides to the places to eat maybe the gems I discover along the way.
So if you love to travel like me, definitely subscribe to my Email List so you will be updated whenever I post something new.
I hope with my adventures, I inspire you to live a life outside of your boundaries and be brave to take on new experiences in your life.
